Experience: Before attending law school Ms. Scoggins was a marketing research analyst for a major publishing company, marketing research director for a metropolitan newspaper, and consulted with financial institutions in the area of market analysis.

Ms. Scoggins practices primarily in the areas of healthcare law, employment law, and litigation. Her healthcare law practice includes the representation of physicians, hospitals and other healthcare providers on corporate, administrative and litigation matters, including employment and labor disputes. Ms. Scoggins also has experience in a variety of other litigation matters including commercial, securities, anti-trust and business tort litigation. She has been a speaker on employment and health law-related topics at numerous seminars including continuing education seminars sponsored by the Oklahoma Health Lawyers Association, Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma Hospital Association, Oklahoma County Bar Association, Oklahoma City University School of Law, and numerous medical and employment management groups.
